Exchange and refund policy

We want all our customers to be satisfied with purchases made on our website.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns of products if we receive them within thirty (30) days of the delivery date, subject to the requirements set forth in this section.
For all retail sales, the following return and exchange terms will apply as follows:
Product size exchange fees will not be charged, each subsequent size exchange will incur a 15% restocking service fee.

Upon receipt of the product in our warehouse, we will inspect the product and process the return.
Once the return reaches us, please allow approximately ten (10) business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
